Did you try to use online chat (with Amazon customer service) and ask for refund (the difference)?

For return/RMA, you need to request RMA first, then you need to print out the paperwork, cut it and stick on the box so they can scan the RMA# barcode when they receive the return. The instruction is quite clear.

You may use Hong Kong Post air parcel service (slower than Speedpost and cheaper) but keep in mind sometimes they have time frame limit for product return so better do it as soon as you receive the items.

if still not processed then u can cancel the order and order again
if in transit then request refund for 249.99-204=45.99 x4 then order 1 more with adding other stuff
