I picked up yesterday, my name is not match (ID using Wxxx Hxxx Chan and apple ID is exxxxxxx@hotmail.com and Apple register information is Exxx Chan)

because i was using web page and i got the confirmation, they checked and found name different and i show the confirmation it appear with Exxx which match the register information then ok.
