膽粗粗問代理D REDs壞左可唔可以加錢換gold，答案係NO
而家1515+ 有3隻HGST+2隻RED，916+有1隻MG04+3隻RED

其實壞左的HDD，如果之前係是行raid 1，你地會點處理hdd內的資料？
因是NAS話 hdd failure, 小弟還未駁去電腦檢測～

This would be the case.  Local agents/manufacturers got no interest and time to 'touch' your HDD ... we would assume.

Of course, running a zero fill (if possible) is good enough ... before RMA
