There ought to be a few misses

But yeah still, hate at first sight, those blocks in Start menu are giving me constant sinus pains
Plus those lost user control policies......
One doesn't need to know everything to loathe a new OS

Is the cmd prompt already in the right click menu by default?  Also what's the difference between running cmd prompt normally and under Admin privilege?
