Before, when you download Win 8, you have Win 8 upgrade advisor file
Then after payment, you get a Win 8 setup
The file allows you to download an ISO or usb Win 8 copy in any PC but not a PC with Win 8 already
64 bit to 64 bit and 32 bit to 32 bit copy
No matter it is Win 7 or XP
Now only a desktop link, at least in Win XP
