Microsoft is adding new display modes to PWAs in Windows 10 Redstone 5

講就話係4月重大更新後才支援PWA, 我記得仲係Fall Creators Update時, 臨近月尾前Twitter app更新後, 就變成PWA app了.
可能係Live Tiles, Deliver Notifications既功能要係4月重大更新後才有吧

Support for PWAs was added in the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, or version 1803, and they allow for web apps to act like native apps by using Service Workers. With these, PWAs can work offline, deliver notifications, and enable Live Tiles.
