In a studio, there are many scenarios (both long and short distances exist). Equipment are aligned to the same kind. In fact, studio equipment are often single branded.

應該剛剛相反
Passive speaker needs line power and big current. The bigger the AC current, the bigger the magnetic induction. Hence the noise due to magnetic interference is more serious.

For home use, separate amp and passive speaker are preferred. What I mean is that the combo brings more varieties and hence more fun. It doesn't refer to audio quality necessarily.
