According to the video, it seems that skyfire is not full page rendering, but just render the webpage in the viewable area while Nexus one is full page render. You can find that when the tester scrolling the page in very fast, skyfire doesn't show the content.

Advantages for HD2: Big Screen, Better camera when taking pictures, Multi touch, Wifi router function

Advantages for Nexus: Voice call quality much better than HD2, Much easier to download apps, much better browsing experience (note that the browsing speed for HD2 and Nexus is pretty much the same, but I find Nexus when using Dolphin is great and supports multi touch), lighter than HD2, ringtone loudness is the same as HD2,

    yes, agree. Very smooth surfing HKEPC using Nexus one. I only few a bit lag when surfing the mobile01 content which has tons of picture to be displayed
