    When you buy physical disc from the shop then after you finish you can sell the game to the shop and use it to buy a new game. It is cheaper and more practical.

Download is good for demos and smaller games or arcade games which will release soon.

I am using USA account to download games.  Can I also have a Japan account to download games?  Meaning some games from US and some from Japan?  I have to log out from one account and log in to another?
