師兄,我睇左resolv.conf 內容, 如下.

resolv_conf=/etc/resolv.conf

/etc/resolv.conf是有關DNS的設定,  或者師兄用 resolv.conf 這字串去問問google大神,     

內容裡如果有一句
nameserver "DNS Server地址"
例如 nameserver 8.8.8.8
便應可以正常上網.

樓主你列出的resolv.conf, 與原本Raspbian的不同.  
應該是你安裝的其它東西覆寫了原本的上網設定, 自己小心檢查吧.

這裡不同，在Raspbian也有不同的地方會覆寫/etc/resolv.conf內容。
或者師兄用 raspberry pi DNS issues 這字串去問Google大神吧。
