use Hello card, add $20 voucher after activate the card, then you can have 2G/30days + $78 inside the card. After 30days, maybe need to transfer $5 from other sources or from a new Hello card as admin charge $2 /30days. Open $78 plan, u will have 2G/30days.
You will use at most $38+20+5 = $63 for 2 2G/30days, average$31/30days.
Repeat the abovementioned process after 60 days.

If so, why not join provider's plan but using card. Not troublesome as you expected.
