Help ! 請問CSL 的 voice mail 是否 故障 我的 prepaid sim扣了錢但用不到!

請教各大哥， 我的全能 3合一prepaid sim 不能用voice mail ，guest 只聽到說線路繁忙沒有留言信號使用。
我已打179179，等了 2天十分鐘都沒人接聽，連續打了兩天，怎麼辦? 請問各位正能常使用嗎? 我要換sim 嗎? 因新開只用了幾天。

我是普通黃色verison 版， 它扣了5元不能留言， 那是什麼服務? 我早前還可以但轉nano sim便不work :(
我不要call forward , 是否要返門市改?

係你唔明樓上講乜， csl prepaid 嘅 voice mail 只支援無條件響都唔響就直飛去 voice mail，唔支援冇人接聽先飛落 voice mail

Finally it works normally on tonight. i can answer by voice mail and take message tonight.
Many thanks mr chiu from iclub, he listen my query and help me find out the problem then i can ask 179179 to reset  my account.
