Network III or TriHalo SIM - no replacement if lost?

Hi

Is it true that Network III or TriHalo SIM cannot be replaced if lost, even with the original frame card for the SIM?

Does any CHing know if this is still Three's official policy?

If you lost, then you should MNP to other company to get back your number such as IMC, CMHK, Hello etc
