Hello $78 30 day data package?

Hi

Can any CHing who uses Hello $78 30 day data package confirm whether its speed is 7.2 Mbps (with reduced speed after FUP limit say 2 GB is reached) or 384 kbps (unlimited data)?

I could not find such information on the PCCW web site.
