Permanent US cell phone number?

Hi

Without visiting the US, does any CHing know if it is possible to obtain a real (not virtual) US cell phone number which can be kept permanently and receive SMS in HK?

Budgetwise, the monthly cost should be reasonable.

你肯不停比 roaming 錢，又比月費養住張 SIM，無難度呀。搵個 friend 在美國開咗張 SIM 之後寄比你囉！係美國無實名制呀（除非你攞部 subsidized 機上台做分期啦）！SIM card，超市就有得賣，增值就 信用咭 或者 PayPal 囉。
