This Service is only applicable to customers who fulfill the following requirements: a) Existing csl service plan customers of over 3 years; b) Existing payment method is credit card auto-pay and; c) Have enjoyed not more than one prepayment waiver under the existing service plan commitment period (based on personal HKID no. / business registration certificate and business registration user) and; d) Have a good credit record (based on personal HKID no. / business registration certificate and business registration user), including: i. No bad debts or no overdue payments and ii. No service suspension in the past 6 months and iii. No payment decline record in the past 3 months and iv. No overdue debt.
