smt network itself is already ... not very good, but expensive (i would say)

and this is a kind of limited speed plan (and may be incorporated with some other factors to further limit its priority) ... unstable is expected

however, if the upcoming rate is very competitive (I don't see that as of today), it might be a good option for budget users

ps.  I'm still waiting for the delivery confirmation email (applied on 29/1) !  100% free for 2 months is absolutely okay, nothing to complain !
