You don't get the point - "香港冇民主, 所以所有都係惡法".  Hence all EXISTING laws and regulations, including the current practice of not requiring registration of sim cards are all 惡法.  Whether the Government changes them or not, they are still 惡法.  So there is no need to discuss.

If however, someone thinks that the current practice is not 惡法, that means he also agrees even though 香港冇民主, we still have some good laws, regulations  and practices.  Then whether a law or regulation is good or not is not related to "democracy" but the law or regulation itself!

如果冇民主， 所有都係惡法，根本冇嘢可以討論。但係如果覺得而家嘅法例更好，唔應該改，即係唔關民唔民主事，係條法例本身問題。D人冇point 講條法例就攞民主出嚟，以為大灑，真係無必要討論落去

民主立法都可以有政治目的，民主同政治目的沒有衝突。
例：ABC黨支持幫助窮人，DEF黨支持保護商界。ABC黨要立法有最低工資保障窮人，DEF黨提出立法可以但要由商界代表提出及審議有關金額。

有民主政制就沒有政治目的是語言偽術，有民主一樣可以政治操作。看看日本就明白。
