[主機板] PRIME H310M-E R2.0 可以用咩m.2 ssd?

買咗塊二手PRIME H310M-E R2.0 連 i5-8400，想問下大家可以買咩 m.2 ssd 落去？
我睇佢個網站寫有 1 x M.2 Socket 3, , with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (both SATA & x2 PCIE mode)*1

同埋以下介紹：
M.2 Onboard(The latest transfer technologies with up to 10Gb/s data transfer speeds)
*1 When a device in SATA mode is installed on the M.2 socket, SATA_2 port cannot be used.
Due to the Chipset limitation, when a M.2 device is installed in PCIe mode, the socket is set
to PCIe 2.0.

我想買返一隻500gb m.2 ssd 係咪NVME 都可以用？只係會bottleneck係 10Gb/s?宜家睇緊啲M.2 話係support pcie 3.0, 咁可唔可以照用落塊板？例如：Verbatim 512GB Vi3000 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD 或者 Lexar NM610 PCle G3x4 M.2 2280 NVMe SSD 500GB
