其實樓主你係本身係新機箱有Type E公?
定係底板有個19 pin多左想出唔知點用? ...

你可以買USB3.0 19pin 擋板

再唔係你想自己DIY 放位可以買

但你機箱無3.0 應該有D舊
可能揀5.25"

果隻type F 係俾本身有type -c 頭嘅前置機箱用
無必要轉去 type F 再買Type F線

我有厘條1.2M＆ 2M版各一
試過2M個條駁m1 macbook同usb 3.1gen2 既NVMe盒係行到10Gbps
其實依家d標準好 ...

唔係話過左一定唔得, 只係就算用哂合格既cable都唔保證work咁解
另外, TB3係40Gbps先上限0.5m
20Gbps去到2m都仲得

Passive lower cost cables are only capable of 20Gbps data transfer at 1m or 2m lengths, but can achieve the full 40Gbps at a shorter cable length of 0.5m.
