因為用的 programming language 不同, NV 用的是 cuda, ATI 是用 Direct X, 所以 NV 快很多, 在 Direct X 下, NV card 是慢 ATI 很多的.

講緊 cell wor ........

不過而家 GPU2 ,  ATI  已經唔係用 Direct X

Stock setting could have 4500 ppd.

有新玩具.

ATI 3870試行F@H中.......

update:

張卡default行800/1170, 不過室溫31度既情況下, 行fah已經令gpu溫度去到70-71度....

降頻到500/1000, 同一室溫下都要65度.

試多一日應該會放棄. 因為日間時間好大機會過85度.

行800/1170時, project 4727, 1% 大約要 1min 15 secs.

行500/1000時, 同一 project 每 1% 大約要 2 mins.

一下Black Screen, 然後Vista說「nvlddmkm出了問題並已修復」之類的, 接著FAH指運算時出現錯誤要關閉程式
在FAH上的NVIDIA Beta Forum那裏已有好幾個類似錯誤被報告, 涉及的顯卡不是8800 GTX就是8800 Ultra

I'm running at XP.  No problem so far.
