go to : task manager > processes (tab) > find FahCore(xxx) xxx=name of F@H core > right click on the name > set affinity > choose only 1 core for GPU > again and choose the other one core for GPU

i read this form TW F@H forum , people who running 3~4 GPU set this with a 4 core CPU
