你呢個配置睇1080P無理由lag，就算得2GB RAM一樣可以好順。

play 1080p video 都lag應該唔關cpu或ram, 今年年頭出的macbook pro display行2560 x 1600, 都係用依隻cpu, 可以給你一個參考,我有一部asus t100ta平板(atom cpu, 2G ram),  好多時都用來接TV作播片用, 用MPC-HC播1080P TS錄影, 播播下audio out of sync, 同些少窒, 後來發現LAV VIDEO DECODER-->"hardware decoder to use" set to NONE, set to DXVA2就無問題

我唔打機,但有時會轉片, 都會上到9x度, 但只係用十幾分鐘, 問題應不大。之前買落一把usb 5v風扇, 試吓放上機殼上, 效果唔錯, 可以減6-7度, 風扇一定有聲, 但好細聲, 我同意如果經常打機加把風扇, 部機會耐用些, 長時間high cpu load, 就算唔燒壞cpu都會好易整壞底板同配件(msata ssd, wifi card)

thx Ching, after finished the new setting, the potplayer play the HD files smoothly. and the CPU usage drops to 1x% from 2x%

However, I think I will keep using the media box for movie as I connect it to my surround amp
