I would like to know the status of the order, when will the order be dispatched.

Me: Back to the question, i asked, when will the order be dispatched. As you said, the item has to back in stock, so when will it happen, any estimate?

But we'll send a email confirmation once the item ships.

Just let you know that i ordered multiple PC components together with this order (If you check the system, you can see i also ordered a pair of DDR4 memory modules which is on the way), i wish i can use all the items i ordered without going for refund just because the pre order is not being delivered as promised.
