[操作疑難] 2.5" smr碟, 有沒有官方測試, 如試出來的數值底過/高過, 標準值, 是不已經可以去代理一換一?

問問WD 1TB 2.5 SMR碟, 最初都有40-60/MB, 但現在得返4-5/MB, 是不是已經開始有問題, save 大檔案(1個10GB file), 直頭好像hang機咁.

那其實 smr碟, 有沒有一測試, 如試出來的數值底過標準值, 是不已經可以去代理一換一?

format 一次 , 再由頭寫入所有 files 就會快返

I'm using a first generation Seagate 2.5" 4TB SMR.  Its normal read/write speed is 1xx/1xx MB/s (via USB 3.0).   After months of use (with numerous delete/write/rewrite operations), the write speed would be reduced to 6x MB/s.  A quick format is good enough to bring the performance back to normal.

Why do we need to do this and that?  Just a quick format is good enough to resurrect it.

Btw, if your SMR supports TRIM, a TRIM operation is needed to improve performance over time.

還想都已經清走hdd data, 刪除及重做磁碟分割,用多1-2分鐘 + 快速format, 差不多3分鐘就完. 做就做得徹底一點.

不是trim, 在win7上是用不到的嗎?
