I plan to reinstall the OS and therefore I boot the system via USB flash drive and enter into BartPE platform.

I ran the HDtune again, however, I found that the SSD able to run at full speed under Bart PE platform.

Therefore, I no longer think I need to reinstall my OS, I think this should be a driver issue. I boot the winXP installed on my SSD and uninstall all of the intel chipset driver, Then reboot and got  them reinstalled.
Finally, I proved what I think is right,  it really fixed the 1.5Mb/S issue...

Nevertheless, the red block still here.

I think the 1.5Mb/S issue is because of Norton Ghost 14 had replace some SATA controllers files.

I think the red block may lead to CRC 錯誤, and that why it run as PIO mode...

如果係大機..換左個 sata port 佢會行返快....
不過唔知幾時會變返 pio mode

插notebook的...
諗住用Ghost 黎 backup... 試左幾次都衰左..:funk:
行行下變番PIO.. ...
睇黎都係要逐個Folder copy and paste...
Backup 完會試下用kill disk 睇下 fill zero 會唔會清到BS...

如果唔得就用 kill disk kill 哂D data , 聽日拿去換隻新...
