以我自己為例, 我有
3隻 3T, 保養期內壞左5次, 換左5隻
16隻 4T, 過保之後壞左2隻 ...

All of the above are of similar grades?  And with similar usage?  Otherwise it's difficult to compare.

Anyway, I have 2 out of 3 Toshiba DT01ACA300 died within warranty period.  Replacement HDDs (brand new) are so far so good.
