不會，我認為這是浪費時間，原因是，沒有試過「一用即壞」( 除了有一次買回來偵測不到之外 )，所以不會浪費這些時間。

Long test is just too long, can take hours and/or days
Usually just do a short test and monitor SMART status after that

I just take a quick format and then copy data to it. Never had any immediate problems (except for once when the hard disk could not be detected and was taken back for replacement).

同意！個人認為買翻黎即用的話，未用既部分就算有問題都唔可以即時察覺

買得新碟即係舊碟死亡, 會直插重建資料, 有問題自然會知.

行一次 smartctl x: -t long用硬碟內置surface scan功能去full scan一次，仲可靠過用CPU去scan。
