Priority in sequence for your upgrade:-

1. SSD 256GB would really speed up your PC's response, you would feel this once you install your OS on it !!!

2. If you play 3D games such as the most popular PUBG right now, then GTX 1060 6GB should be considerate as the 2nd parts for your upgrade. Performance almost a double-up of the current R9 280X.

3. Currently using 8GB DDR3-1600 already enough for daily operation except you need a good gaming PC, so another 8GB is not necessary indeed...
