- asus bios , less problem
- bigger cpu vrm and more vrm cooling at the price tag
- memory overclock to 3600 with adata d10 , not bad
B450 is enough if you not planning to use pcie 4.0 nvme

MSI was a ATX board + $75 more
you have more expansion slot if you need them
just beware that how the pcie lanes disturbed to those slot , becasue B450 cant provide that much pcie lanes , some slot may disabled when other slot in-use

and MSI also got a 4+2 VRM with 4c024/4c029 (similar mofset as ASUS)
i did not have that board so i cant compare the heatsink it using on VRM

they have similar vrm design
but ASUS put more chokes and a extra piece of heatspreader on their board , it probably a little better than this MSI board
for BIOS ASUS better in my experience

for warranty , hornington are close to where i living . warranty are useful when shit happen , i suggest people choose a brand with better warranty service or something near to where they live
