I just want to purchase a Asus UX330UA Gen 8 from Amazon US. It says it have 1 year international warranty. I have tried to contact Asus HK & the online officer says they need the serial no. to verify whether it entitles the warranty services or not. So it's impossible for me to get the answer from Asus online services.
Do any Chng know whether it's entitled to international warranty & can repair in HK or not, many thanks!
But the problem is I have no idea whether "Asus HK" will recognise this "international warranty" or not. So I want to get a rough idea from CHing(s) who have a past experience to deal with "Asus HK" for Asus product with "international warranty".
