ThinkPad 乙太網路擴充配接器一問

想問問有d 輕d嘅model好似x13 gen 2咁佢冇build in rj45 port但就有個micro Ethernet connector駁個adaptor, 其實同build in lan port或者usb to lan有冇咩分別?有冇咩功能會係build in lan port做到但用micro Ethernet connector就有問題呢?thx

build in lan port做到嘅micro ethernet connector都做到

build-in lan = micro ethernet adapter, 佢直接用notebook內置lan chip
USB Lan的話, 未必支援MAC Address passthrough / PXE Boot / Wake on lan等功能

useless now, coz it blocked one USB-C port.
