我諗HP ACER ASUS都係大公司做左咁多年生產左咁多產品都會有好既QC.只係呢D公司到左香港,係香港既條款下,我地得唔到好既服務.
ACER ASUS佢地係台灣係對手,而且係本土企業都鬥得好犀利.睇返佢地係台灣提供既售後兩家都做得唔錯,好似如果整NB都有後備可以借用.但可惜係離開左台灣去到其他地方就做唔到好似台灣一樣既服務,好似到香港咁乜都變晒.
下次買NB(個人真係唔想買大陸牌子機)都已經好少選擇,仲要諗埋售後.....之前用富士通i3初代十年仲好好到而家都仲用緊,但係而家富士通又比大陸染紅,唔知日後D機會變成點.

Yes, I understand the drawback of built-in battery, non-user replaceable. But it would be the majority design of slim laptops. For instance, all mac books are in that way.

ps. I did open the HP x360 and replacing the hdd with ssd.  As such, I can also replace the battery in the future (if I would use it that long).

Using mini pc (very small, same size as intel nuc) as an example, asus is relatively expensive and with 1 yr of warranty only.  In contrast, acer is cheaper and with 3 yrs of warranty.  I'm using acer i3 (7th gen) mini pc.  To me, that 3 yrs of warranty is very important.

內置電池真係好唔方便,而家唔單止slim係內置電池,連我個部15.6吋asus文書機都係....如果外置電池有乜都係整電池或過保養最多買新電.而家一定要攞去比佢地換,保養過左仲要再比錢佢地換.

Wah 15.6" also using built-in battery 😳. (my HP is 11.6" only)

Anyway, you should be able to DIY, opening the case by yourself and replace the battery.  Google for youtube video regarding your particular model.
