Suggest 7-Zip which support zip and unzip file with AES-256 encryption.
Bandizip only support zip and unzip with ZipCrypto encryption. ZipCrypto is not as safe as AES-256. Thus, not recommended.

VeraCrypt cannot zip file but provide encryption with even AES-512.

Ok. To be more detail:

Bandizip:
.Zip file: can support AES256 decryption. Use ZipCrypto for encryption.
.Zipx file: can support AES256 LZMA encryption and decryption.

For 7-Zip:
.Zip file: can support AES-256 Deflate encryption and decryption.
