Xmarks未預過呢個問題，係裝新Windows要keep server上bookmarks + 洗走本機bookmarks。我估你問題是同一份Firefox Portable有用xmarks，又復制多幾份放到其它電腦或USB Storage到，有相同身份證ID攪亂左。

firefox sync千萬不能用，之前強國封了xmarks轉用了它，全部bookmark同一攪亂曬，要用book deduplication addon洗走重覆bookmarks，bookmarks要全部分folders再files
