1: upgrade your win7 to win 10
2: link your license to Microsoft account
3: download media creation tool and download the win 10 setup disk to usb.
---
4: Take off your hard drive, plug your ssd. Boot from the USB and clean install windows 10.

(If you have sata to USB adapter, just plug your Hard drive to the adapter and use it as external harddrive)

可以同時用番舊HDD?? 唔用外置，內置咁用。

I would suggest you take off the boot system from the original hard drive (avoid problems). This is why I would just use it as USB at this moment and copy the data back(as external hard drive. )
Any ways, it is better to reformat your (the drive with previous os) to avoid boot conflicts.

免費 upgrade 你隻 hard disk 個 Windows 7 到 Windows 10, 其間唔好改用 Microsoft account 登入, upgrade 完, 只要部機有上網, 應該會見到個 Windows 10 係用 digital license (數位授權) 啟用, 咁代表 Microsoft 已經認得你部機

之後再喺隻 SSD 重新裝 Windows 10, 佢一上網就會自動啟用返個 Windows, 到時你就可以自己 delete 走舊有 hard disk 個 Windows

BACKUP DATA
直接升WIN10!
但最好先重裝WIN10

最好唔好諗住保留DATA升WIN10
需然有依個OPTION
不過為左日後更新安全
升級後都係全部重新安裝WIN10
