Office 2016 英文版加繁轉簡

公司用緊 office 2016 EN standard VL，但係想加個繁轉簡嘅按鈕，好似繁體中文版咁，但係搵 google 就只係搵到 language accessory pack 同埋 language interface pack。
不過裝 LAP 就彈 30029-1011 error，裝 LIP 就彈 There are no products affected by this package installed on this system。
有無師兄知道點解決？
