公司有個 email address 去左 junk box

以前一直都係去 inbox , 正常的
最近不知何故自動去左 junk box , 請問會係咩原因 ?

我公司用 o365 , 應該在 o365 叫佢唔好去 junk box , 定係左 client 果邊設置 ?
