same as you.. ram is not the factor here.

its more like motherboard and the CPU itself.

U means my motherboard and CPU not good?
Or my Overclock setting problem?

ok, set IOH voltage to 1.2V~1.3V.

set CPU PLL voltage to 1.9V

that may help you to lower CPU Voltage... I am using 1.23V for 19x200.
