上星期部紅米電話張32 GB micro sd card壤左
見到呢到D師兄講可以打電話去換
一於試下
過程:
打電話去到佢地公司 講返張卡資料 點壞
跟住佢地就叫我比個e-mail佢地 可以做更換
果然15分鍾後就收到佢地e-mail
比足佢地要GE資料: 卡相 單相 個人資料
第2日佢地覆我話冇問題 叫我剪爛左張卡 再影相比佢地
第3日話等審核
第4日就話我知寄左掛號
第5日就收到張卡

要讚一下佢地做野勁有效率 差唔多日日都有e-mail話我知最新程況

Nah, cutting off the defective card yourself?
To brutal so to speak

BTW does that RMA process only apply to mSD only?  What about normal SD?  You definitely can't destroy an SD like that

Guess I wouldn't go this route under such situation, would just go and deal with that in person

Different methods work on different people
But sorry that's not me, I still prefer dealing with a LIVE person, there's more human touch to it
I wouldn't mind all the travelling I'd just do that first
If the result is unsatisfactory, then I may use your method ie. this automated RMA
