Windows 7 WEI after update all drivers, not too bad
Will upgrade RAM later to dual channel and 64 bit windows and report back.

Yes about same as AO756. but x121e don't have USB 3.0 (Acer has 1 i think), and webcam only 0.3MP
x121e have 3 years HK warranty (acer is water stock I think)+ matt screen + 6 cell battery (6-7 hours) +always on USB, keyboard also better.

if you don't need USB 3.0, this one is better.
