救助!! (window mobile) 第一次activesync 洗哂我mobile的contact!! 可以undo嗎?

HELP: Activesync + outlook erase my contacts >.<
i am using a O2 ATOM LIFE, i just install activesync 4.5 and outlook (xp version)
after i plug in my phone, it starts to sync... and after it said synchronized, i looked at my phone contact list... everything is gone except for the sim card's contact....

is there a way to undo that??
