測試配備如下..

Linksys E4200 Router
Cisco SG 200 系列 (支援LACP 802.3ad)
Intel Dual Lan Card ( E1G42ETBLK )
2部PC + Macbook Pro (for test Link aggregation)

由於想試出NAS極限所以用SSD 來測試！
OCZ Vertex 3 系列 90GB (單獨MODE)
KINGSTON SSDNOW 系列 60GB SSD ( RAID 0 )

全CAT6 CABLE 試機…

測試如下:

1)終合上面幾個TEST，SAMBA內聯READ & WRITE 非常理想…受惠於2.13GB CPU...速度過100MB/sec 以上！
就算我用普通７２００轉速的ＨＤＤ，都過１００ＭＢ/sec 以上…ssd 再快多些小！

2)Link Aggregation ，如果單一部pc 就算用dual lan card..都吾會拎到200mb/sec 的速度...尾(2)圖上看到..1個LAN port的資料傳輸爆晒...但另一個則沒有動…NAS 的 LAN 1和LAN 2 亦是一樣情況，所以..證明！單PC 玩LACP是沒用的！在最後一張圖上終於看到NAS發功了…NAS 2個LAN PORT的傳輸量加起來有199.66 MB/sec  ，我用2台pc 和1台macbook pro各自copy 12GB的file 來試……才能令到NAS發放第二條水喉~雖然QNAP官方的 (x69) 測試有220MB/sec，但我這裡試到200mb/sec  已經好開心啦！>.<!!!!

3)個人感想，其實今次系主要想玩個LACP...呢一個MODE..對於一些家庭有好多PC，而同時間大家都會用到NAS大量存取！非常推介使用，(只要加一個支援802.3ad的switch) ！除了家用，對商業用途更加推介…...公司咁鬼多人，人人都拎下資料...100MB/sec 好難滿足...200mb/sec...就差不多！哈哈~~

以上小小測試，希望幫到大家…試得吾好，吾好鬧我..>.<！！
跟住會再試下其它速度..usb3.0，和，RTRR 內聯COPY速度等等...！

真強，2PC+Macbook Pro  的傳輸達到 82.83+116.83 = 199.66MB/s

所以link aggregation要多PC才能逼出效能！？

Last time I test LA in 239pro, I found a bug that WOL will not work after enable LA. There may be Switch not QNAP problem, would you help to test it, I use HP procurve 1810G.

May I know the model of your Switch, no. of port and how much, thanks

CISCO SLM2008T-UK ，SG 200 系列！就OK~ $1100左右…有交易！

HP和NETGEAR 果D牌子都有！但我無去睇價錢…有好多牌子都支援802.3ad....

你用緊果一隻HP ProCurve 1810G-8(支援802.3ad) 都得架？吾洗換啦~

Thanks, I just target another Smart switch to replace the other unmanage 8 port switch, the price of SLM2008T-UK quite good

Sound good if the target have other feature that Procurve haven't.
The main reason of I buy 1810Gwas its mirror function support many to one and can select TX/RX/Both by port.

   呵，快D落深水PO 入番隻SWITCH 啦~期待你的測試~~不過宜加我最心痛是..DUAL LAN CARD沒有作用，究意DUAL LAN CARD 802.3ad系有咩用...難道是用PC來做SERVER...輸出DATA才會行盡2個LAN PORT???

我系度諗緊一個不用多PC，又可以測使NAS LACP 極限的方法！
首先，I7 PC~ 16GB RAM..
買幾張GIGABIT LAN CARD ( 單PORT)
然後開VMWARE...起4個WINDOWS SYSTEM...每個SYSTEM用不同的LAN CARD，獨立拿IP！
再每個SYSTEM COPY NAS的資料…不知道這樣能不能夠...當作4台PC來測試呢???如果可以就吾洗開幾台電腦來測試，1部攪惦晒...哈哈！

Just the thinking FYI
- You already use 3 x86 machine and already got ~200MB result, that almost same as QNAP say.
- As test invoke HD in NAS, there may have bottle neck factor cause by Random access in HDD ( Several machine access same file in NAS, this will be in form of Random access )

Same founding as your test, LA have condition / limitation, not just setup then will got speed increass.
And the cost .... i.e. 2 port LA, then each machine need use 2 port instaed 1 port

I notice there a option in your switch, LA can set MAC or IP/MAC ..... there a hints show LA just running in load balance.

Like we use dual ISP, but not always got double speed. May be wait 10G, then we will feel the magic again as we upgrade from 100M to 1G
