1. 安裝 "tr.apk",  係程式入面按 "make it ra1n" 。
2. 最好 Reboot 一次。
3. 之後去 Play store, 安裝 SuperSU  https://play.google.com/store/ap ... upersu&hl=zh-TW
4. 安裝  Busybox (如有需要)  https://play.google.com/store/ap ... usybox&hl=zh-TW

小心: 本身 root 係可以 OTA 的, 但由於很多人會再進行精簡 (例如刪除韓版 apps, 或安裝 Xposed Framework)。這樣會做成系統不完整, LG OTA 檢查后會拒絕升級, 做成 0x1117008 error!

由於 0x1117008 error 是沒有辦法清除 (估計已寫入ota partition, 就算restore 韓版apps, 甚至unroot - 其實唔關事, 都不能改變命運) , 唯一辦法就是重刷工廠 tot 底包,  之后再 OTA update, 最后重新 root 機 (用 towelroot)。

Firmware after V10e, you need special way to root:
1) Downgrade to V10e by flashing TOT, then root it and OTA upgrade. The root access will be kept.

2) D838/F350 都可用 Kernel 移花接木方法。

1) Install LG USB driver
2) Make sure you enable allow "untrusted sources" (Setting | General | Security) and enable usb "debugging mode" (Setting | General | Developer options)

開發者選項 How to show Developer option (by default this option is hidden)
Setting -> General -> About Phone -> Software Information
Press "Build number" 10 times  (版本號碼欄按10下)

=> 出機check第一次開機日期時間, 要按 Option Menu button (右下角, natvigation bar)
第一次開機日期時間只作參考。只對未開封者有用。
=> 出機轉HK 4G : 入code 之后選 Band selection (then select Automatic or LTE B3 + LTE B7 + All WCDMA + All GSM) => Save
因為未開封係沒有設定香港LTE bands的, 通常店家會幫你set。但不會教你!

=> 出機 check LCD : 入code 之后選 Device Test | LCD Test
=> 查看 CPU 體質 : 入code 之后選 Version Info | Look at the last item "PVS Bin"  (理論上越大越好, 體質愈好, 耗電少)。如只比較 2.27GHz, 每上一個 PVS step, 約省 2.3% ~ 2.6% 的 mV 。其地 freq 另計，不過實際使用上沒大分別。

問題解決方法:

1) Remove Dual Clock from LockScreen 漫遊雙時鐘
一係你有張外地 SIM 卡 (來到香港變咗行 roaming), 否則無法入漫遊雙時鐘設定畫面。
以下方法十分簡單又無需rooted，只是后門程式直接呼叫該雙鐘設定畫面。

2) 解決 KK 4.4 不能寫入EXTERNAL存儲(SD卡)
> e.g. Titanium Backup or File Explorer (not built-in LG file explorer) is unable to write file in external_SD

4) ROOT 機后能否 OTA?
總結: 請檢查如下

- 只 ROOT 機    ==> 可以 OTA
- 修改 KK SDcard 權限 /system/etc/permissions/platform.xml    ==> 可以 OTA
- 凍結 KR apps    ==> 可以 OTA (未 100% confirmed)
- 刷 TOT 底包    ==> 可以 OTA

- 修改 /system/app APK    ==> 不可以 OTA
- 刪除 /system/app APK    ==> 不可以 OTA
- 安裝 Xposed Framework    ==> 不可以 OTA
- 刷飛雨 rom    ==> 不可以 OTA
- 修改 build.prop    ==> 不可以 OTA  (未 100% confirmed)

解決: 重刷 TOT 底包,  重新 ROOT 機, 再 OTA 更新。

5) 雙清 Reset
- 手機關機後
- 同時按住音量減和電源鍵
- 等出現LG開機畫面
- 鬆開兩個鍵
- 等待2到3秒
- 再同時按住音量加和音量減
- 進入官方4.4的WIPE模式
- 音量鍵調節，電源鍵確認。
